Abtsracts no longer than 1-2 pages can be submitted in the Latex2e format and pdf format. Abstracts can contain tables and figures. Abstracts will be available at the conference homepage and will be available as the book of abstracts at the beginning of the conference. Abstract formatting sample is given below:  sample.tex,   sample.pdf. Abstracts should be written in English.

Registration fee for OPTIMA2009  is 80 Euros.

Visa for Montenegro is not required for all European countries, including Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
It is also not required for USA, Canada and Australia passports. If you travel through Serbia, Albania or Croatia,
 you should check visa policy for these countries.



Location and travel hints

Petrovac is small coastal town in Montenegro. Population is about 1000 people.
 Petrovac is pitoresque resort at the footstep of mountains along beautiful sandy
beach of Adriatic Sea. Average maximal daily temperature in the second part of
September: 26 degrees Celsius. Average sea temperature in September:
25 Celsius degrees.

By car
Through Serbia: Belgrade - Cacak - Uzice - Bijelo Polje - Podgorica - Petrovac
or Nis - CaCak - Uzice - Bijelo Polje - Podgorica - Petrovac

Through Croatia: Zagreb - Split - Dubrovnik - Herceg Novi - Budva - Petrovac

Through Albania: Tirana - Shkoder - Podgorica - Petrovac.

By train
There are two trains daily from Belgrade (Serbia) to Bar (Montenegro).
Bar is 20 km far from Petrovac.

By ferry
There are ferries from Bari (Italy) to Bar (Montenegro) 4 times a week. Ferry starts from
port of Bari at 21:00. It takes 8 hours (a night on ferry) to Bar.

By airplane
There are 2 airports in Montenegro, both equally (about 45 km) far from Petrovac:
Podgorica (TGD) and Tivat (TIV).
These airports are connected by direct flights to several principal European cities including:
Belgrade (6 times per day, JAT and Montenegro Airlines);

Moscow (every day, S7, Moskovia)
Vienna (every day, Austrian)
Ljubljana (4 times a week, Adria Airways)
Budapest (3 times a week, Malev)
Frankfurt (4 times a week, Montenegro)
Rome (3 times a week, Montenegro)
Paris (2 times a week, Montenegro)
St. Petersburg (4 times a week, S7 and Montenegro)
Zurich (2 times a week, Montenegro)

It is also nearby airport of Dubrovnik (DBV), Croatia, 100 km far from Petrovac.
Dubrovnik is connected by direct flights with other European cities, such as London, Barcelona, Dublin.
